Soup is always good the next day; in fact, even better. As always, keep the stock clean or you will have to strain out what is add so that you can ... begin again. Yesterday's pork shoulder created an excellent rich soup stock.
Today, adding rice to a bowl allows this flavorful stock to be served again; celebrated with a huge crusty dense bread and some creamy butter.
Stock can morph into many other soups. Tomorrow adding beet root concentrate...
or perhaps, a can of diced tomatoes and carrots for a rich vegetable or adding pasta and beans.
Rich stock always lets you be brainy...
